A Web Browser is a computer program that is used to display web
pages and interact with websites. Microsoft's Internet Explorer
(IE) is the most widely used web browser at present and is used by 90%
of Internet users. Other web browsers are Mosaic, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla, Firefox, Opera and Safari.
Web Browsers communicate with Web Servers using a communication
protocol called HyperText Transport Protocol or HTTP.
